Any ideas submitted for design, product ideas, or for any other use are only suggestions on the part of the submitter. Any products created that contain designs reflecting or resembling ideas that have been submitted at any time are still original artwork that have been created by Flying Jester Designs, LLC and are copyrighted to Flying Jester Designs, LLC.
The ability to submit a design idea is a service that is offered to our customers for the purposes of gaining feedback on the type of products that we should create. Flying Jester Designs, LLC does not provide any form of payment or compensation for submitted designs. All design ideas are submitted volunarily by the submitter, and all rights of any designs created from these ideas belong to Flying Jester Designs, LLC.
